Makati is very clean and safer than most places.  Since it is more expensive in Makati,  usually there are more beautiful Filipina women working here,  and Filipina dating here is more readily  practiced.

If she is in Cebu or the Visayan Islands, the flight there is about 1 hour. Cebu and Iloilo are cheaper than Manila. The same applies to Laoag, the provincial capital of Ilocos Norte.

Be careful, do not flash money or wear jewelry or a watch.  Carry only enough to last you one day. Put the rest in your hotel safe. Use the money changers that are on every corner.
